Each night, use a soft-bristled toothbrush (not the one you use to brush your teeth) and mild dish soap to clean the aligners. Rinse thoroughly and place back in your mouth. Repeat in the morning.

Once a week, use an Invisalign® cleaning system to thoroughly clean the aligners. Place them in a cup or bowl of water with the special cleaner. The amount of time will depend on the manufacturer’s instructions. When the time is complete, rinse well and place the aligners back in your mouth.
